PARTIES & EVENTS

Parties & Events Policy

This policy applies to birthday parties, team events, private experiences, school and youth groups, corporate or organization events, and other SSTL group reservations.

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

SSTL group events require advance planning, approved event details, applicable waivers, and compliance with the facility’s capacity, safety, participation, and event requirements.

01

Reservations & Availability

Advance reservations are required. Submitting an inquiry does not hold a date.

An event is confirmed only after SSTL approves the event details and receives any required agreement, deposit, or payment.

02

Deposit & Final Payment

A deposit will be required to secure an event date and time. The remaining balance will be due according to the event confirmation or agreement.

Owner/Attorney Confirm

The final deposit amount or percentage and final-balance due date must be confirmed before accepting paid event reservations.

03

Guest Counts & Additional Guests

Package capacity is based on the package purchased. Final participant and guest counts must comply with facility capacity and SSTL’s approved event plan.

Additional guests may require an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

Owner Confirm

The additional-guest fee and maximum permitted attendance for each package must be confirmed before publishing specific event capacity or pricing promises.

04

Waivers & Participation

Every person participating in tennis or simulator activities must have the applicable SSTL waiver completed before participation.

A parent or legal guardian must complete the required documentation for a minor.

05

Food, Cake & Beverages

Food, cake or cupcakes, and beverages may be allowed only in designated event areas and according to SSTL’s final food rules.

Alcohol is not permitted unless SSTL establishes and legally approves a separate written policy.

Owner Confirm

Final rules for outside food, beverages, cake, candles, delivery or catering, and cleanup must be finalized before publishing the detailed version.

06

Decorations

Decorations may not damage walls, floors, furniture, screens, simulator systems, netting, equipment, or other surfaces; block exits; create trip hazards; or interfere with facility operations.

Confetti, glitter, open flames, adhesives, hanging items, balloons, and wall attachments are subject to SSTL’s final event rules.

07

Setup, Cleanup & Timing

Event access is limited to the reserved time unless additional time is purchased and available.

Hosts should not assume early setup or extended cleanup time. SSTL’s package description will identify what basic setup and cleanup SSTL provides and what the host must remove.

08

Supervision & Conduct

Children must follow SSTL staff instructions. The organizer and responsible adults must comply with SSTL’s minor supervision rules.

Unsafe or disruptive conduct may result in an activity being stopped or the event ending early.

09

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The event-specific cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund schedule stated in the event agreement controls.

Owner/Attorney Confirm

The final event cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund schedule must be confirmed before publishing a specific refund promise.

10

Damage

The event organizer may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law and the event agreement, for damage caused by participants or guests through prohibited, reckless, or intentional conduct.
