Facility Rules & Code of Conduct

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

SmartServe Tennis Lab is a shared training environment. All members, participants, parents, guests, coaches, and event attendees are expected to support a safe, respectful, and professional facility.

Respectful Conduct

  • Treat staff, coaches, players, parents, and guests respectfully.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, discriminatory conduct, fighting, or abusive language is not permitted.
  • Follow staff instructions related to safety, scheduling, equipment, and facility operations.
  • Do not disrupt another customer’s reserved training session.

Training & Equipment Safety

SSTL equipment and training areas should be used carefully and only for their intended purpose.

  • Use simulator bays, screens, racquets, balls, consoles, furniture, and other equipment only as intended.
  • Remain within designated player, waiting, viewing, and lounge areas.
  • Do not climb on netting, framing, screens, equipment, or barriers.
  • Report damaged or unsafe equipment to SSTL staff immediately.
  • Only participants who have completed required waivers may take part in physical activities.

Follow all SSTL staff and coach instructions relating to safety, equipment use, and facility operations.

Attire & Footwear

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for tennis training and indoor activity.
  • Wear clean, appropriate athletic shoes suitable for tennis training and indoor activity.
  • SSTL may restrict footwear or equipment that could damage flooring, screens, or facility surfaces.

Food, Drinks & Personal Property

Food & Beverages

Food and beverages must remain in designated areas unless SSTL approves otherwise. Water in an appropriate container may be permitted in training areas.

Personal Property

Customers are responsible for their personal property. SSTL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items to the extent permitted by law.

Facility Care

  • Do not intentionally damage, mark, move, or alter SSTL property, technology, furnishings, signage, or branding.
  • Customers may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct, reckless behavior, or prohibited use, to the extent permitted by law.

Please help keep SSTL’s training environment, equipment, technology, and shared spaces in good condition for everyone.

Enforcement

SSTL may take reasonable action when necessary to maintain safety, address serious misconduct, or respond to repeated policy violations.

SSTL May

Issue a warning, stop an activity, end a session, require a person to leave, suspend access, or terminate a membership or program participation when reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, or repeated policy violations.

Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the circumstances and applicable agreements.
