SIMULATOR TRAINING & BAY RESERVATIONS
Train Inside. Train With Purpose.
Learn how simulator sessions work and what to expect when you reserve a bay.
What is a tennis simulator?
A tennis simulator creates an interactive indoor training environment where players can practice shots, complete drills and challenges, and receive technology-supported feedback on their performance.
What can I do during a simulator session?
Simulator sessions can be used for independent practice, focused repetition, tennis challenges, skill development, family play, and performance-focused training.
Can I practice without taking a lesson?
Yes. Players can reserve simulator training time for independent practice. Coaching is available separately for players who want professional instruction.
How do I reserve a simulator bay?
Simulator bays can be reserved online through the Reserve a Bay page. Select the available session, date, and time and complete the reservation through SSTL’s online booking system.
Can non-members reserve a simulator bay?
Yes. Non-members can reserve simulator training time using SSTL’s drop-in option, subject to availability. Membership provides recurring training access and additional benefits for players who plan to train consistently.
What should I bring to my session?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and appropriate athletic shoes. Players should bring their racquet and water bottle. Any additional equipment requirements will be provided with the reservation information.
How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session, especially for your first visit. This allows time for check-in and any required paperwork before training begins.
