Reservations
Advance reservations are required for parties and private events. Event dates and times are subject to availability.
Deposit
A deposit will be required to secure the requested event date and time.
Food & Birthday Cake
Outside birthday cake and approved food may be permitted in designated event areas.
Decorations
Simple decorations may be permitted. Decorations may not damage walls, furniture, simulator systems, equipment, or other facility surfaces.
Waivers
All participants must have the appropriate SSTL participation waiver completed before participating in simulator or tennis activities. A parent or legal guardian must complete the applicable waiver for minors.
Attire
Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and appropriate athletic shoes.
Supervision
Children must follow SSTL staff instructions and applicable supervision requirements throughout the event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The final SSTL event cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show policy should be reviewed before booking.

QUESTIONS?

Do guests need tennis experience?
No. SSTL parties and events are designed to be fun for participants
with different experience levels. Activities can be adjusted based
on the group.
How many guests can we invite?
Guest capacity depends on the package selected. Birthday Parties are
designed around smaller groups, Team Events accommodate larger
participant groups, and Private Rentals provide the greatest
flexibility. Final attendance should be confirmed with SSTL when
planning the event.
Can we bring a birthday cake or food?
SSTL plans to allow approved food and birthday cake in designated
event areas. Specific food and beverage guidelines will be provided
before the event.
Can we decorate?
Simple decorations may be permitted as long as they do not damage
the facility or interfere with simulator equipment. SSTL will provide
specific decorating guidelines before the event.
Can we add a tennis coach to our event?
Coach-led activities may be available as an optional upgrade.
Availability will depend on the event date and coaching schedule.
Does everyone have to sign a waiver?
Yes. Participants must have the appropriate SSTL waiver completed
before participating in tennis or simulator activities. Parents or
legal guardians must complete required documentation for minors.
Can adults have parties or private events at SSTL?
Absolutely. Private Rentals can be used for adult socials, family
gatherings, corporate groups, celebrations, tennis socials, and
other private experiences.
How far in advance should I book?
Advance booking is recommended, particularly for weekends and popular
event times. Availability is not guaranteed until SSTL’s reservation
requirements and required deposit have been completed.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
SSTL’s event cancellation and rescheduling policy will apply to all
confirmed events. Customers should review the applicable policy
before submitting a deposit.
