Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Plans

Current membership pricing and included benefits should be displayed on the Membership page and during checkout for the selected plan.

Recurring Billing & Renewal

• Memberships are monthly recurring subscriptions and automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.
• The member authorizes SSTL and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring membership fees and any properly authorized charges.
• Membership fees already charged are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for partial billing periods, except where required by law or expressly approved by SSTL.

Membership Cancellation

A member may cancel future renewal through the available account process or by contacting SSTL.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

Included Sessions & Expiration

• Included monthly sessions or credits must be used during the applicable membership billing cycle.
• Included sessions or credits expire at the end of that billing cycle unless SSTL expressly states otherwise in writing.
• Unused sessions do not roll over by default.

Grand Slam Pro High-Frequency Access & Fair Use

Grand Slam Pro is intended for frequent training and provides SSTL’s highest level of recurring simulator access.

Use is subject to availability, operating hours, advance-booking rules, and the reservation/cancellation policy.

• Additional paid bay time may be purchased when available.
• SSTL may address repeated speculative bookings, chronic late cancellations, no-shows, account sharing, or other use that unreasonably prevents access by other customers.

Booking Access

Reservations are subject to availability.

SSTL may establish different advance-booking windows or priority access by membership tier.

Current booking privileges should be shown on the Membership page and in the booking system.

Member Use, Sharing & Guests

• Memberships and included sessions are assigned to the enrolled member.
• Memberships and included sessions may not be transferred, resold, or shared unless SSTL expressly includes a family or guest benefit in the plan.
• Guests must comply with facility rules.
• Guests must complete any required waiver before participating.

Freeze / Pause

SSTL does not promise a general freeze or pause benefit unless one is specifically published for the membership.

SSTL may consider documented exceptional circumstances in its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Plan Changes & Pricing

• Members may request an eligible plan change subject to SSTL procedures.
• SSTL may change future membership pricing or benefits with notice as required by applicable law and the member agreement.
• Changes will not retroactively alter services already purchased.

Facility Rules & Suspension

Membership is conditioned on compliance with SSTL policies, waivers, safety instructions, and respectful conduct.

• SSTL may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment.
• SSTL may suspend or terminate access for unsafe conduct.
• SSTL may suspend or terminate access for harassment or misuse of equipment.
• SSTL may suspend or terminate access for repeated policy violations.
• SSTL may suspend or terminate access for fraud or account sharing.
• SSTL may suspend or terminate access for another material breach, subject to applicable law.

Relationship to Coaching & Programs

Membership primarily provides recurring simulator practice and access according to the selected plan.
